The relationship between load bearing and loading and unloading of woven bag packaging and transportation regulations
Leave a message
Woven bags, also known as snake skin bags, are generally made of polyethylene, polypropylene and other raw materials. After the production of woven bags, they will go through the process of packaging, storage, transportation, and then sales. Generally, to ensure the quality of woven bags, there will be relevant regulations governing the packaging, storage, transportation and other processes. What are these regulations.
1. Storage: It shall be stored in a cool and clean warehouse. From the date of delivery, the storage time without woven bags shall exceed six months (the storage life of polypropylene bags shall not exceed 12 months, the storage life of polyethylene bags shall not exceed 18 months, and the storage life of polyester bags shall not exceed 24 months). It shall not be close to fire sources, heat sources and places directly exposed to sunlight. The ideal place is a cool and clean room.
2. Packaging: Each batch of woven bags shall be provided with a factory inspection certificate (inspection sheet), and the packaging of woven bags shall be firm, flat, and suitable for transportation. The quality of product storage and transportation shall be ensured. No products with different varieties and specifications of packaging bags are allowed in each package. When packaging, woven bags with different specifications shall be classified, such as varieties, models and specifications. The packaging bags shall be marked with the factory name, product name, specifications, In addition to the quantity, it should also be noted that the number of packing strips per package shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.
3. Transportation: In this process, pay attention to avoid sun, rain and damage.
In daily life, woven bags have become the main material for our packaging. The bearing and tension of woven bags are very important. Why is it that the same kind of bag is different from that of paper and plastic bags when customers pack the same product.
First, woven bags are interwoven by warp and weft. Generally, the bottom of woven bags is narrower than the height, such as 50 * 80, 50cm wide and 80cm high. That means the bottom area should be smaller and the side area should be larger after loading. In this case, if the bottom area lands first and the weight of the goods is smaller, the pressure will be greater and the bag will be easily torn. If the side area lands, the landing area will be larger, In this case, the container bags generally do not explode. This is a small skill for unloading to avoid explosion.
Second, if powder products or granular products are loaded, they should not be too full. If they are loaded too full, when they are unloaded and thrown down, the force will directly act on the woven bag, which will easily cause the breakage of the bag thread. Normally, more than half of the products are loaded, or two-thirds of the products are loaded, leaving a gap. When unloading, the force will slowly decrease under the interaction of the products inside, and the force acting on the woven bag will be very small, Thus, the cracking of the woven bag is avoided.
