How Much Does Cooling Granulation Affect The Quality Of Woven Bags?

We know that woven bags processed by woven bag manufacturers are made of strips extruded by cooling with water. This slicer is a cutting tool with both hard and soft tools, and a sharp saw. Suitable for cold slicing of a small amount of hard plastics. Because of its simple structure, few failures and low maintenance rate, it is still used by many plastic particle manufacturers. So, what is the benefit of this cold cutting to the later woven bags?
The influencing factors of cooling granulation on the quality of woven bag are analyzed as follows:
1. The temperature in the cooling belt water circuit shall not be too high: low, generally controlled at 50-70 ℃. Water temperature is too high: the high temperature strip from the grinding lip of the extruder will not cool quickly, causing the particles to become brittle. Maintaining a certain temperature is conducive to the evaporation of water vapor.
2. Granulation. Don't rush to load, but dry it in the air: if it can be packed in an airtight package, let the particles fall into a large woven bag (about 200 kg), so that the residual moisture and other volatile hydrated substances in the particles can be fully volatilized. Then pack according to the specified weight.
Therefore, through the above two aspects, the woven bag manufacturers can ensure that there will be no water vapor in the process of manufacturing woven flat wires, which can make the products more flexible and ensure the quality.
